Shipping policy
Every Seyona order ships from our warehouse in the United States. Here's what to expect once you place your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). During sales and busy periods, processing can take a little longer. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
| Destination | Estimated delivery |
|---|---|
| United States | 3–5 business days |
| International | Shown at checkout. Times vary by country and carrier. |
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order ships. Weather, carrier delays and customs clearance can occasionally affect delivery.
Shipping rates
- United States: free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- International: calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account to see your order status. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
Wrong address or address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible at hello@seyona.co. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-shipped once the customer covers the new shipping cost.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to help.
